Should we tamper nature with genetic engineering?

Do you know about engineering? Genetic engineering is different from traditional, breeding, where the organism’s genes are manipulated indirectly. Genetic engineering uses the techniques of molecular cloning and transformation to alter the structure and characteristics of genes directly. I think, it’s not good for human being. I have some reasons to present about problems of genetic engineering. Firstly, it is against the law of nature. Second, it is immoral. Thirdly, it will create chaos in human society.

Firstly, genetic engineering is against the law of nature because it goes against the teaching that God creates everything in this world. Children should be born from their parents and not by cloning. Cloned animals such as sheep and cows did not live long because of abnormal cells and weakness. Just think about what human cloning might do to our future?

Secondly, genetic engineering is against the moral law. Mother gives birth a baby because of the love she and husband shares. So when a baby grows up, it feels proud and is full of dignity. If a baby comes from cloning, I don’t know where dignity of human is!

Lastly, think about the problems that cloning can bring to our society. Many people will share sameness; face, body shape, and mind. We don’t know who is who or who is a thief and who is a good guy. It will bring a lot of legal problems to our society.

In conclusion genetic engineering has a lot of disadvantages because it is against our natural law, is immoral and will create problems for human society. So we shouldn’t tamper nature with genetic engineering.

The World of Jonas.

Jonas’s world is perfect. Everything is under control. There is no war, fear, and pain or choices. Every person is assigned a role in the community.
The world of Jonas is similar to “Utopia”. Utopia can be described as a place of ideal perfection in laws, government, and social condition, all of which leads to a perfect society.
Jonas was frightened when he felt something terrible about to happen in the coming month of December. Suddenly, the rasping voice through the speakers had ordered everyone in the community to hide in the building. Jonas, looking around anxiously, had seen others adults as well as children stop what they were doing and waited in confusion for an explanation of the frightening event. A fighter jet had flown over the community. It was the first time Jonas had seen this kind of plane.
In the world of Jonas while as looking through the front window, he saw no one, none of the busy afternoon crew of Street Cleaners, Landscape workers, and Food Delivery people who usually populated the community at the time of day. He saw only the abandoned bikes here and there on their sides; an upturned wheel on one was still revolving slowly. He had been frightened then. The sense of his own community silent made him trembled.
Jonas was careful about language. His friend talked too fast and mixed thing up, scrambling words and phrases until they were barely recognizable and often very funny.
In this community, rules and order are important to keep the community at peace. When someone breaks a rule, he or she is brought before a judge who decides whether he gets a chance to improve his behavior or “release”. Release is death. The world of Jonas is a perfect world where nothing ever goes wrong!

Euthanasia shoul be legalized

Euthanasia is a hotly debated lawsuit in many year-ago. It also offers other euthanasia cases to that occurred. It further provides the outcome of a series of surveys made by a variety institution and individuals and individuals concerning the issue of euthanasia. Based on the analysis of these lawsuits, particular cases, and survey results, the essay argues that euthanasia should be legalized for the following points.

First, it is misleading to place euthanasia cases under the crime of intentionally killing a human. Although most survey showed that more than of people advocated euthanasia. Interestingly, all defendants have been sentenced only in the lightest sense of the crime of killing. This was because the courts took into consideration the “good motivation” and “mild harm to society” that the behavior of the defendants involved. This way of judging, we believe, involves a category mistake. The objects of euthanasia are terminally ill patients. They usually live in unbearable agony or undignified situations that they judge unworthy of living. They voluntarily request their physicians and families to terminate their lives in painless ways. The matter is not whether those involved in euthanasia should be punished heavily or lightly. Rather, placing such cases under the crime of murder is misleading. What we really need is a new particular statue that both legalizes and regulates such cases so that they are no longer considered in terms of the crime of murder.

Second, claiming that performing euthanasia is against humanism is begging the question. Some people claims that because humanism implies overriding value of human lives over all other things, physicians committed to humanism should always try every means to save life, but should never be involved in any killing, either euthanasia or physician-assisted suicide. Ironically many people advocates of euthanasia also use the concept of humanism to lay out their reasons to support euthanasia. For them, the fundamental requirements of humanism are to reduce human sufferings, value the quality rather than the quantity of human life, and respect the wishes of patients. They take euthanasia as the most humanistic choice in certain circumstance.

In fact, humanism is an ambiguous concept. There are as many different senses and requirements of humanism as there are different types of human-ism. What humanism implies, regarding the issue of euthanasia depends upon which particular theory of humanism is accepted. No one has moral authority to coerce those who oppose euthanasia to accept or to be involved in any act of euthanasia. However, by the same token, oppose to euthanasia should not use the law to prohibit advocators of euthanasia from accepting or performing euthanasia. In our opinion, making a particular statute on euthanasia will create the opportunities that will better protect from being involved in it involuntarily and ensure that advocates gain access to it safely.

Finally, some people object to legalizing euthanasia because they are afraid that it will cause social instability. If euthanasia were legalized, these people would be upset and dissatisfied with the society and thereby social solidarity and stability would be undermined. However, we believe this concern involves confusion between two different attitudes. One attitude is that “I, as one person, do not permit myself to participate in any act of euthanasia because I believe it is morally wrong.” The other attitude is that “I, as one person, do not permit anyone to participate in any act of euthanasia because I believe it is morally wrong.” The first attitude does not lead to objection to the legalization of euthanasia. Only the second attitude leads to objection to the legalization: In our opinion, most people oppose to euthanasia in fact hold the first rather than the second attitude. Therefore, the worry of causing social instability due to legalizing euthanasia is in fact groundless.

paying school fees

What do parents feel about paying school fees?of course,Nobody like to play school fees.Responsible parent should fellow school quidlines and pay school fees on time.In my opinion, all parents should pay school fees before the start of term.

First of all,it is a school rule. The parents should pay two times each year. If parents cannot pay all of the school fees, they can pay out a little at time.Another way is parents can ask the school to postpone the payment. Also parents can pay throughout this term.

Most impotantly, students cannot graduate if parents do not pay school fees. They can't continue learning in another school. They will cause a problem for their parents. Finally, parents may com-plain to the Ministy of Education about the school.

Finally is necessary for the school management. The school needs money to pay salaries, buy equipment for students, and pay for everything to need to study other study material. If the school gains profit, they can use the money to offer scholarships to poor students.

Some parents say them can't pay school fees because they don'thave enough money. This is un
acceptable because the school will not have enough money to manage. If parents have financial problems, then the students can apply for school scholaship. The students should follow school rule. In that time parents should prepare school fees before final test.

Parents should pay school fees before the final test. It is the school rule and student cannot graduate if parents don't pay the fees. Also, school fees are necessary because it will be used to pay for teacher salaries and develope the school. If parents have financial difficultics, they should follow procedures rather then just refuse to pay. By paying school fees parents are making sure ther children have the best education future.

parents should pay school fees before the final test.

Today, I wrote about parents not paying school fees in Mr.Paul's writing class. When I am working at school, it is my responsibility to make sure parents pay school fees, so if parents don't pay school fees it causes me a problem. This is my essay plan so far:

So my topic is parents should pay school fees before the final test.

1. It is the school rule.
- Pay two times each year.
- If parents cannot pay all of the school fees, they can pay out a little at a time.
- Sometime they can apply for scholarship.
- Parents can pay throughout this term.

2. Students can not graduate if parents do not pay school fees
- They can't continuse learn other school.
- Reduce students motivation to learn.
-They will make a problem to their parent.
- School are complained by their parent at Ministry of Education.

3. It is neccssary for management at school.
- Have money for pay salary.
- Buy equiement for students
- Pay for everything to need to study.
- School gain profit to help poor students.

4. They can pay school fees when they have enough money.
- Imposiible because I have not enought money to magagement school.
-If parents have financial problems, they can apply for scholaship.
-Student must follow school rule.
-Parents must prepare school fees before the test.
